Iva Ramuš Cvetkovič

Young Researcher

Iva Ramuš Cvetkovič is a young researcher and assistant at the Institute of Criminology at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana and a doctoral student at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana. In her doctoral thesis, she examines the social harm caused by space technology and possible ways to respond to it. In her broader research, she deals with the criminological and legal study of the development of new technologies and their impact on society, the perception of evil and violence, human rights and the environment.

Criminology and law in times of disruptive technologies; war technologies and hybrid weapons; astro-green criminology; space law; space technology and artificial intelligence; theories on evil and violence; genocide and holocaust studies; international crimes.
