Andraž Stariha

Andraž is an Assistant at the Institute of Criminology at the Faculty of Law Ljubljana. He obtained his Master’s degree at the Faculty of Law University of Ljubljana, with a thesis on prohibited and high-risk artificial intelligence systems in the EU legal order under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Aleš Završnik. As a Research Associate to the Information Commissioner at the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, he works in the newly established Artificial Intelligence Department. His research primarily focuses on personal data protection law and the regulation of artificial intelligence systems.
