Promoting criminology
The Institute occasionally organizes conferences and symposia, in particular upon the conclusion of its research projects. Participants of these conferences are usually professionals from criminal justice or juvenile justice agencies, and other professionals interested in the results of empirical research studies as well as students.
Institute members are also engaged in various courses at University of Ljubljana and University of Maribor, disseminating acquired knowledge and furthering students’ awareness and expertise in criminology.
